Excellent customer service when our trip to India was cancelled due to airspace closures in the Middle East . The decision was taken quickly and we were offered a full refund . We rebooked the tour for a later date and again customer services were excellent , friendly and helpful with any queries we put to them . Highly recommend this travel company

However, I felt she had the don’t knows and the can’t helps! She didn’t want to be talking to me and wasn’t helpful at all. I thanked her said I would discuss with my husband and hung up. I telephoned again 2/3 days later in the hope I got someone else. Enter Jennie Quillan. Jennie was the complete opposite to the other person. So helpful and friendly answered all my questions.
