After working up a sweat, you can wash away the day in the hotel’s rooftop heated pool. Or for real relaxation, book in at the spa for any of a wide selection of treatments. As well as offering fantastic views of Adelaide from the rooftop, you can also chose to grab a bite to eat here, and watch the world go by.
Dining at La Boca Bar and Grill
Dining options at Stamford Plaza Adelaide include La Boca Bar and Grill offering authentic Argentinean cuisine. As the only Argentinian restaurant in Adelaide to slow cook on the ‘Asador’, which to us is a fire pit, Chef Nicolas’ menu features his food phi’osophy of ‘Nose to Tail’ dining, by skillfully slow cooking beef, pork and lamb over the “Asador’. All of his dishes are made from locally sourced ingredients and you can watch prime cuts of meat from Coonawarra cooked on the traditional ‘parilla’, which to us is a barbeque, creating a culinary spectacle for meat lovers.
Other dining options at the hotel include the Celebrity Lounge and TG’s Restaurant, plus there’s also a very chic cocktail lounge. For those with a sweet tooth, Stamford Plaza Adelaide Hotel also offers a tasty High Tea Experience, with a bespoke selection of sweet and savoury treats and fresh out of the oven scones.
