Over the years, Distant Journeys has consistently won awards for its touring holidays. The British Travel Awards are voted for by the public in recognition of travel companies who offer holidays of exceptional quality backed up by outstanding customer service.
Our commitment to exceptional touring experiences has earned us 29 British Travel Awards to date, including Gold for Best Travel Company for Escorted Group Holidays 2025. We also took home Gold across multiple regions – Far East & Central Asia, Southern Asia, Australasia & Oceania, and Sub-Saharan Africa –alongside Silver for the Best Travel Company for Singles Holidays.
