Bali is one of the world’s most beautiful islands, and the Bali Hai cruise is one of the best ways to see the island in all its splendour, taking it in from all angles from the sea. As it’s also a sunset cruise, you’ll also get to admire the dazzling sunsets over Bali and the reflections in the ocean. The Bali Hai sunset dinner cruise is just one of the optional excursions you can take if you’re planning a return stopover in Bali after taking one of our escorted tours.
Transport is included direct from your hotel to Benoa Harbour on the southern coast of Bali, so from the moment you step out of your hotel you can relax and enjoy an amazing evening. Here your boat for the night, the Bali Hai II, a luxury catamaran with an open top deck, awaits. As you board the Bali Hai II, you can have your photo taken with the boat’s welcome girls, which can be bought as a souvenir after your cruise. Before you set sail for your Bali dinner cruise, enjoy a canape and welcome drink as the rest of the passengers board.
After a short safety demonstration, the catamaran then sets sail around Benoa Harbour, taking in the harbour, the surrounding coastal scenery and the vast Indian Ocean. Throughout the sunset cruise, watch from the open-air top deck with a drink in hand as an unforgettable sunset unfolds. The skies dramatically change colour from blue to shades of purple, orange and red before giving way to a dark sky filled with stars.
As the Bali Hai II sets sail, the live entertainment will begin playing on the bridge deck, playing any musical requests you may have. Once you’ve taken in your stunning surroundings, it’s time for a delicious buffet dinner, offered on the main deck, serving a variety of international dishes. While rounding off your meal with a tasty dessert, there’s brilliant live entertainment to watch on two parts of the boat: cabaret on the main deck and live music on the bridge deck. Following the cabaret show, the resident DJ will be on hand to keep the party going with a disco until the cruise comes to a close and arrives back in the harbour. After an evening of dinner, dancing and dazzling sunsets, you’ll sadly have to disembark the Bali Hai cruise boat, with return transport conveniently dropping you back to your hotel for the night.
